Our next contest will be all about animating shapes on a path…
… just kidding. Krilnon would kill me.
The next contest will be about creating designs for a t-shirt. In the past, we had a t-shirt design contest that was all about this site. I am not sure that focusing on so narrow a topic as this site is actually all that great.
My proposal is that the t-shirt designs can be about anything related to design or coding. The only requirement is that the entry must be nerdy or designery…or both!
Another change is how the entries would be submitted. Instead of forcing everyone to use cafepress, I will simply provide a front/back t-shirt design template that you can create your designs on. This completed template will be what gets submitted to the contest.
It is entirely up to you on whether you want to go a step further and create a cafepress store (or another location) where people can purchase your designs.
I will create a page on the site (more like resurrect the old one) where I will point to your t-shirt store entry if I like it. It will be your entry in your store and your choice on how much you want to charge for it. I’m merely going to be pointing to it.
