effect is cool, but the type is terrible, i mean seriously does the image potray fun, big eyed , cartoon characters jumping up and down with exclamation marks emphasising their happiness??..then why should the type?

well the only filter i used was the “cut out” filter i just took sections put them on new layers and added drop shadows.
simple stuff 
whn desrbing ur peace macke sure to spel gud.
(maybe people can judge you on your spelling and grammar)
Mabey you should distort the text at the top to flow with the rest of it… and that idea and style has been done to death.
