i keep noticing that the happiest AI features in products aren’t the ones with the best output, they’re the ones that are easy to back out of. when the user can see what changed, why it changed, and roll it back without drama, the whole thing feels way less spooky.
has anyone shipped something like that and seen whether people actually trust it more, or do they still treat AI like a fancy demo no matter how good the rollback is?
