A lot of product teams seem to be using AI to move faster on specs, meeting notes, and first-pass decisions. I get the appeal, but I keep wondering whether some of the old friction was actually doing useful work by forcing people to notice confusion, disagreement, or missing context.
Has anyone found a good way to keep those checkpoints without turning the workflow back into a slog?
