we’ve started using AI a lot in product meetings for summaries, draft options, even first-pass tradeoff docs, and it’s weird how fast everyone nods once the thing is written down. the part i keep side-eyeing is that the reasoning can disappear just as quickly as the meeting ends.
has anyone found a good way to use AI for speed without turning the team’s actual judgment into something nobody remembers two weeks later?
