i keep seeing AI used as a kind of shortcut for product discussions — rough PRDs, meeting notes, customer themes, even draft tradeoff docs. it feels useful right up until everyone starts nodding at the output instead of actually arguing with it.
has anyone found a good boundary for where it helps the team move faster without turning the process into polished consensus theater?
