What’s Philadelphia like then? For us ignorant, uninitiated Brits who don’t know the area. 
Philadelphia is like everything bad with the world jumbled in 1 city.
It has it’s good stuff too I will admit, but overall I have to say the bad stuff outweighs the good stuff. It’s not fun when you have to walk somewhere alone and your guard has to be up because your area is filled with people who are willing to kill for $2 USD (;)).

I was winking because of the $2 USD . I know you englanders don’t have dollars (aka bucks, or bills, or a million other names for it) so it was my way of ‘not being ignorant’

you should at least charge minimum wage. If you didn’t you’d have watch-dog groups all over.
