Hmm… the downtime a few moments ago was caused by too many mysql connections ([font=monospace]/home/httpd/vhosts/kirupa.com/httpdocs/forum/includes/class_core.php on line 279[/font], apparently). Others have said this has been happening for the past few days (sorry, have been gone).
Maybe Kirupa needs a dedicated mysql server, or Oracle (which can handle much more traffic, better) or something? I’m sure MT has answers to help with this.
