Well,
A client i have wants to use part of a song in his flash intro.
I tried to tell him its illegal but he insists that its ok and the every big company has nice corprate people who will let him use there music on his web-site.
So since he wont belive, does anybody know of a place where i can get some written material that says that you cant do that.
Also, if he did write to the company and ask if he can use a portion of there song (i dont know what song he is talking about, i think its just some jazz) do you think they would write back and let him?
