Hey Everyone, I was going through this employment contract which has the following clause.
I would like all of you to interpret what according to you does it mean.
I have not changed any grammar or spellings as well as it is.
The clause mentions that:
In case you have accept and signed the company contract and do not join on the agreed date or within reasonable time period of date of joining, then the administration expense of 1 months salary with be recovered from you.
