Sorry if this has already been posted, I was too excited to do a search. I just did a google search to see if there was any updates on what I’ve been trying to do for a long, long time. And there was!
How does it prove that? :pa:
If anything, it proves that Mac > PC, since ppl have to try so hard to emulate Mac OS on a PC, when ppl have been emulating Windows on Mac OS for years! :td:
AAanyway… I installed OS 10.3 into PearPC 0.3 on my P4-2.8 w/512 RAM in about 3 hours.
It boots in about 1.5 mins and runs like WinXP on a 386 I installed PS8, Studio MX2004, Camino, Tomato Torrent, and a whole bunch of other stuff - just out of curiosity
Before PearPC, my only experience with Mac OS was an emulated installation of OS 8.1 (OLD OLD OLD!). One thing I’ve learned is that: Mac OS is good. In every way. It just feels so… polished and refined. Like someone actually went through and put the time into perfecting the OS. Really feels like a BMW. Oh, and there’s no MDI
sigh
