Financial Penalty

[FONT=Helv][SIZE=2]“You have been reminded that you need to have your timesheet in on time. From now on, if you do not submit them at by Monday (for weekending the previous Friday), then I will need to start applying some [COLOR=red]financial penalty[/COLOR].”

I was away sick yesterday and didnt get timesheet done - and previously some have been submitted late. But does anyone know if an employer can they actually do this??? :jail:
