Fireworks MX to...?

Hey guys!

I know there are a few out there who, like me, use Macromedia Fireworks as their main tool for web design. Now that Adobe bought Macromedia, I am freaking out. I mean I’m excited that the applications will finally be Universal, but I’m bummed out that Adobe has a freakin’ monopoly on the top industry programs. Adobe doesn’t even list Fireworks on their main list of Applications. Are they phasing it out? Whether they are or not, it sure seems they aren’t implementing new features for the creation of content (vector imaging,) but rather the post-production of content. Where should I go? Illustrator seems focused on… Well, Illustrating. And Photoshop… Well, it just feels weird creating web content with software you’re supposed to be editing digital photography with. So what should I do, guys? Stick with Fireworks or migrate to Illustrator or Photoshop and gain more experience with those?

Thanks for the help!
