Flash detection

hi

i have a web site created in flash but i need to know how i can add flash player detection to my web site so that when pepole go to my site and they dont have flash player installed it will tell them that they need to install flash player to veiw the site and also give them the link. I also need this for java aswell. if any one could it would be much appreiciated.
