Please help . . . Can anyone create a simple fla file

I need to create a radio buttons with the selection of dropdown list

User picks one of the following (radio Button)

Radio buttons

  1. yahoo
  2. google
  3. msn

And then User have to choose one of the states(drop down list)

If the user picks yahoo and chooses any state except New Jersey goes to yahoo site

If the user picks google and chooses any state except New Jersey goes to yahoo site

If the user picks msn and chooses any state except New Jersey goes to yahoo site

If the user picks yahoo or google or msn and chooses New Jersey it should go to one default page
