Frame rate question

hi everyone, happy new year! (nearly!)

I’ve stumbled over this website merk design and I was amazed at the speed and smoothness the graphics move at…Now I’ve bumped my frame rate up to 61FPS on the site I’m working on and when I’m running it on my system, its runs great. But on the internet throught the browser using the same computer it runs reeeeeally slow, like it should be 30FPS.

I suppose I’m barking up the wrong tree to get the speed up using FPS, so the question is how do you think he made his so quick and also so **** smooth???

its not all framerate. Its also having a sense of pace and speed. Those animations are quick and only a few frames long making it look smooth and fast

Yea, the framerate could be 24 and this can be done (trust me I know how to animate like this). It’s exactly what Senocular said, except he forgot one thing. Easing. :slight_smile:
