Do you think that 30 FPS is too much
for the Web? …for an average user?
Pentium II with a standard graphic card…
Or maybe I should use 18 FPS…
Any suggestions is appreciated!

depends what its for? is it animation? or whole flash site or drop down menu or???

I understand. People are used to watching motion film which runs at 24 fps, but web browsers are capable of displaying only about 14 fps without difficulty (unfortunately for now)
BUT you could put it up and get users in the forum to test it for you??
