have you ever say a commercial advertising a drug that ‘helps’ you??? they say it helps but then they say " might cause cramps, heart problems, gas, brain damage, and other problems??

I don’t take medication. My family has a hard enough time trying to get me to take tylenol or asprin much less anything stronger.
Most of the times the best way to fight off something is rest and relaxation and letting your immune system take control…
