Kinda cool for the “make a birthday invite with our dog” use case, but yeah I’m not rushing to let an image model rummage through my Photos library for vibes. feels like one of those features that’s amazing for 10 minutes and then you remember what permissions you just handed out.
Yeah the “10 minutes of magic then instant regret” cycle is so real lol. i’d be way more into it if it was strictly pick-3-photos-you-select instead of “sure, scan my whole camera roll, ” because my Photos library is basically a bug report backlog of screenshots and cursed memes.
My camera roll is 80% “temporary” screenshots that have been there since like 2021. Even with the “on-device” pinky swear, I’m only trying this if it’s a specific album I hand-pick, not a “we’ll just learn your vibe” tour through my cursed meme museum.
