i am a complete begginer to actionscript, hence i do not know any names of commands, anything like declaring variables or any knoweledge of the actionscript language, where could i get started, and tutorials dont help they expect you know some already
the actionscript dictionary is a good place to start, if you haven’t done it already…

if it doesnt work, go to downloads.junioronline.us, tutorials section, and then select ‘actionscript basics’
yeah the help files in flash have a whole section introducing you to actionscript, telling what it is and how to use it (on top of the dictionary which outlines all the methods and functions in AS)

thanks guys that helped im going to dive into it now
anyone else have any links, ive gone through those as of now, still have a few peices of it that im questionable about though
cool, anything more, someplace that teaches you math you can apply to as to get neat effects
