Hey everyone, im confident that you guys will know the answer, becuase I have seen some really talented work from people on this site…any help anyone could provide would be GREATLY appreciated…here it goes
First off…I want to explain that I am pretty competent in photoshop and could draw these animations frame by frame and export the pngs, however IM SURE there is a better way to do it, and it would be very time consuming (and ultimately not as realistic i think)to do it all in photoshop…PLEASE HELP!
There are sites with “spinning flat planes” where the flat items seem to start off in the background perspective (sometimes as the loading bar) and flip around to the front (without the akward motion tween that flash gives by default)…Im curious how to actually acheive this effect (including the "motion blur effect’ (which I realize might be done in photoshop after the fact)

Is it done with vector elements and actionscript , or done in another “3d program” and imported as a frame series?
The question im asking is really in hopes of receiving some actual resources to learn how to do these effects, and not just the programs that “could do it” if anyone could help that would be awesome, and again I would be really thankful…
