My mother in law is visiting and she’s sucking up my bandwidth. She’s on a Powerbook, OSX, 10.3.9 - I want it to friggin trickle. I don’t even care if it’s useable, it just needs to not be completely broken - 'cause then they’d ask me to fix it.
