Well, just thinking about this topic. I know it depends a lot on what kind of website and how complex, how many research you do on free time, flash or plain, etc… but in average, how much do you spend designing a complete website?
In my case, I realized I spent about 100 hours or more designing www.kidsforthenations.com among others. Man!! I take a lot of time!!
