Ok, I need to know how to create tihs effect on PS.
go to:
then click on “cover” and on “I LOVE T Dot”.
Someone PLEASE tell me how the tracing effect was made. It must be some sort of filter but I can’t seem to find it.

you mean cutting out the girl. i guess if you wanted to do that then do: Filter-Extract. set the quality to 100, or it will be really choppy. if you want to learn to do the pixel stretch, then i’ll post some links.
Its the pixel stretch I was talking about. I really would appreciate a tutorial on that. Thanks Alot!
i think he is speaking of the 1 pixel smear. Basically use your 1pixel marquee tool to make a selection of an image. then define it as a pattern (edit>>define pattern…I believe…if not try under the file menu). Now make a new layer. with you square marquee (regular one no antialias or feather) and select where you want te effect to appear. The got to edit>>fill find your pattern you just made. and there you have it. There are many ways to do it as I suspect you are about to find out.
lemme know if you need more info.
**** that girl is fine

i agree
Yep, your define pattern method worked. Thanks alot!!!
glad I could help
usually, I just do the vertical marquee (1px) selection, copy’n paste to an underlying layer, and just scale it to both edges of the pic…
much easier
but then you have to mess with scaling…
I use the define pattern way…
