I got the publishing settings blues! help?

Hi

I made this very cool interface in Photoshop to use in an assignment.
When I import it to Flash, the interface looks exactly the same as it did in PS, except when I publish it to a swf file it goes all low grade, pixelated evilness!

I havent scaled it, its exactly the size as it is in pS, so does anyone know what is my problem?!

I really dont want to hand in a sub-par assignment!

Please help?

have you checked out the publish settings in the Flash tab? There is a setting for quality level there.
