This is Mark Stuckert, or decisionman… Whatever. Anyway, for my final grad project I am doing – at this point, let’s call it a “graphic novel” of sorts.
A requirement of this semester’s project is that we have a “mentor” outside of school in our particular field, someone not attached via family or school.
The mentorship is by no means intense – maybe a couple of emails back and forth, perhaps a meeting if possible, etc.
I suppose I’m asking:
– Would anyone at Kirupa care to be my mentor? Or, failing that…
– Could anyone recommend a mentor to seek/check out/etc.?

PS – My main influence that perpetuated this project is the work of the best of the best – Chris Ware. I’m not going for his style (if only I could), but I am attempting to work in that semi-conceptual non-linear realm.
