I need Encouragement

Hey there. The people who have viewed a few of my posts in the last few months know I am slowly working on a game in javascript (With createjs stuff), which I’m hoping to at least port to Android phones. I know what I’m doing and how to do it, but it takes time. I have a job now, unlike I did when I completed my Senior Project game in Flash. For this I need to code out just like I did before (I’m planning to basically copy some code from my other game and optimize it some). I even have pages written out on how everything will work from simple enemy movement and controls, to the Quest and Map system, to the way the game draws the tiles, etc. I have the majority of the classes figured out and what should inherit what.

I need to get some SpriteSheets made to start creating the actual game, and I need to actually start writing the game and testing on the computer (and Android). After I get home from work I have nearly no excitement in the project at all (Even though I do the entire time I’m here). Work poops me out.

Basically, I feel as if I have everything done, but I still have to put it together. It’s like getting all of the parts to build a skyscraper and then avoiding the actual building phase.

So really I think it would be helpful, and possibly fun, for everybody to write the most sappy, encouraging post possible. Ridiculous Movie Quotes are welcome as well.
