Yeah - the standards people with no talent use when ripping designs has gone down lately. Back in my day, rippers took an effort to at least copy someone else’s images to their own server first.
they pretty much just ripped the source directly without problem or really much altering (they did change senocular to blugbus)… I think I use absolute referencing for my images for backend simplification so that just made their job easier. Then again, there’s also that link to my news section still present in the design (which is how I found it - I traced a referer of someone who used it).

Also, I didn’t even know you had a site. I really love the design and how simple, yet very cool it is. I know “cool” isn’t exactly a great design term to use from one graphic designer to another but it’s the best I could come up with at this short of notice…

In all honesty Sen, I was wondering why it took so long for someone to rip your site. if you think about it realistically, you have the perfect layout for a blog or whatever. And it’s really easy to rip too. Not to mention I’m sure you get a nice amount of visit’s. So really I guess be glad this is the 1st you’ve seen(if it’s the first).
Just sucks though, what would you do if a lot of people starting using this template? (just curious).
Nothing. Just so long as they keep the images on their server.
I know that I get a lot of asian visitors as a result of the fireworks extensions (a lot of .jp etc sites have linked to me and have posted translated version descriptions of some extensions, namely the 3D primitives ext. for fireworks). And since the asians are so keen on ripping and piracy, what happened doesn’t surprise me. The only thing I wouldnt like (aside from using the images off my server 
) would be if they sold the design. I doubt that would happen so its no big deal.

hehe, yeah I saw she posted, and she emailed me too and I lectured her on her wrongfull ways and offered use of my design IF she hosts it her self… but either she didn’t understand or shes tired of putting up with it. :trout:
I wouldnt think she would have understand half of what you were saying Sen, when you lectured her.
yeah, some things she says is decent, but she can not make sense sometimes. I wasnt long winded or too complicated… nothing grammatically complex, though a few words were, Im sure, over her - nothing she couldnt look up.
