In Saskatchewan if you ask almost anybody they have tried it at least once. It is cooked real well and tastes a little like steak when it is done right.

We have this thing called “Leverpostej”.
It’s basically fine chopped liver (blended if you will), baked in an oven for some hours…
It tastes just magically with some mayonnaise and bread…

We do have a very thick skin. You have to in this country becasue everybodys a smart ass and if you let there comments get to you they eat you alive. For real my best friend in high school let it get to him and three people ate him:) =)
