Good to see a lot of interest in this though. I think with the range of skills the talented people here have got, we should be able to come up with something pretty special. :beam:
Given no other job except mascot (which though I realize is a joke, it’s still insluting. 
), I think Phil would be perfectly suited to proof read any text which get’s put into a site. His grammar is at least as good as any of the rest of ours. Proof reading is valid and important (considering how many grammar and spelling errors I see in a day on the web.) just a thought…
there’s no reason to have anyone left out of the project.

Concerning the lead programmers/designers, it would probably be better if they were moderators, no? People like Rennie, David, Lost or Kit, who have already built sites. Just an idea.

Well… here in a couple of days work will be slowed down to almost a halt for me so I’ll have the time to do so… And I’ve worked with alot of groups in my times… Had to… heh…
Lead Programmer… Has to be someone with the knowledge of not only ActionScript… but
PHP, DHTML, JavaScript, ActionScript and Databasing… Plus some other HTML elements… Pretty much has to be there for back-up support over alot of things here and there. He/She also has to have time on his hands… So that’s why I didn’t choose the person myself…
I will be working on the teams and everything today and how everything is going to be split up. I’ll ahve a thread opened before tonight with the resulting teams and their projects.

See… I’m dividing the huge group we have into 2-3 projects… That way no-one is doing nothing… Then me and you now… Will govern each one…
Me As in everything I can… Graphics… Design… Sound… Anything I might be able to lend a hand in… While searching around for jobs and stuff for us ;)… And you…
Will be governing the coding aspects… Making sure everyone who is working… Gets the help they need… And if they have any direct questions… To ask you… Well… You know more than coding… How about 2 team coordinator… No lead programmers?
Anyways… I have the first 3 projects set up… Goign to post them in a couple of minutes as soon as I get some specs on what it seems like people like doing… Then split them up
*yes 3 btw… While dividing for 2 teams… I seen some major teams… hehe
