Kane Marie Galleries... Not Good People

Please do not email, spam or do anything to the Kane Marie people. this is the extent of my complaining.

So… A couple years ago I bought a glass bee for my at the time girlfriend. I ordered the bee from their website and since i receive anything@mydomain.com I signed up with bee@mydomain.com so I could keep track of crap coming into my inbox.

Well I now receive blatant spam emails to bee@ every day. I get the Kane Marie newsletters often too… EVEN THOUGH I’VE REMOVED MYSELF MORE THAN ONCE… I’m so annoyed.

A week ago I sent this email to them:

You have to be kidding me!

1.) I have opted-out of your newsletter more than once and still
continue to receive your newsletters.

2.) I receive spam emails daily addressed to bee@mydomain.com. The email
address was created soley for purchasing a glass bee from your online
store 2 years ago. It was never used anywhere else and never listed
anywhere… You released this email to spammers!

Remedy this problem immediately or I will report you and your website to
ICANN and other spam regulatory agencies.

and what I get from them:

I have responded once to this issue and I repeat: WE DO NOT SELL ADDRESSES TO SPAMMERS!!! You never said anything in the last email about the newsletter, only the email issue. If you don’t use that address then delete it from your email client! Stop harrassing me about something I have no control over.

I let it go until I got ANOTHER newsletter from them today and removed myself AGAIN…

I don’t care how many times you feel like you have responded to my
complaints… I have opted out of your newsletter more than once and

and their ever so tact response:

2 different things! It must hurt…

I am so mad. What the hell kind of customer service is this? I purchased something from them and am now spammed to death… all I want is my email removed… I would report them to ICANN but that won’t do much… so instead I share my super crappy customer service experience here… so google can come by and note that www.kanemariegallery.com sends me spam and has bad customer service
