Layers & MC's

Have a question please
here is the background info.
I have 3 clips
Clip 1 (layer 1)contains animation stuff.
Clip 2 (layer 2)contains boxed interface with part of the navigation on top of it.
Clip3 contains the rest of the navigation that is not supposed to show up until Clip1 sound is complete.
Not streaming anything, don’t know if that does or doesn’t make a difference

I’m probably making this more difficult than what it is, but I’m really having a problem as to how to get clip3 to load.

I know how I would do it if I have all the layers together I would just drag the interface out & then go back to that layer & put the buttons on after the sound plays.

But I’m REALLY trying to keep my files really tidy.

Could someone please advise?
