Haha, I wish we had the site up before the finals started, or else we would have. We are planning on holding monthly contests for sports in their active seasons.

I don’t think the posting contest will end up being a spam competition. Its very unlikely to see someone post 5,000 posts over a couple days just to get a hundred bucks. It’ll be more of a long term goal for some new users that plan on sticking around for a while.

Well if it did get out of control we would just ban the people who are spamming after a warning.

Yea just ban the spammers, Make sure that each post is valid and people aren’t posting out the side of there necks and you should be fine.
