I recently saw a site on Kirupa where someone used a link within their flash movie to display a
html page with a picture. The border was cropped to the size of the
picture and no tool bars were present at the top of the page. I believe
i have found the java script for this but I’m stumpped as to how to
implement it into the actionscript on my page. Maybe there is a easier way to do this???
I have included the script as a notepad attachment…

Create the javascript function that will do the job for you, and then call it from Flash. Search the forum a bit, this question has been asked many times (there might even be tutes).
