Loadmovie (Flash MX)

Hi,

I have a simple question about the process of loading movie. For example I have a loaded movie at the level 3, If I load a different movie into the same level, the new movie appears and the old one disappears. Does this mean the previous movie unloaded automatically? Or is it still working at the background and eating memory?

I am sure it is a simple question but as a beginner it will help me a lot to understand the logic of the process.

The old movie gets overwritten/replaced by the new movie. Since only one clip/movie can exist on each level, the old one gets automatically unloaded to make way for the new one :slight_smile:
