Making tile-able or seamless patterns

I really suck at doing this. Can someone point me to a tut or give me a lil know how on how to do this? I have a logo (cant post the logo due to NDA’s) basically it is a symmetrical circle. I want to make the logo a pattern in the bgrd. Like a kinda diagonal bgrd. How to do this in PS. Basically the circle size will be 15px x 15px.
