Manually shorting PSU pins to turn it on?

I need a neat, easy way to do this. I’m going to use an old PC case with an ATX PSU as a HD array enclosure, but ATX PSUs need a motherboard to plug into, which is connected to a power-button, which shorts pin-14 with a grounding pin on the 20-pin connector. The thing is, I’ve only got the PSU, HDs and a case - no actual computer.

I don’t want play Macgyver every time I power-on the PSU, so is there an easy way to connect the 20-pin connector to a button? Preferably the case’s power button.

Thanks

Are you absolutely sure you know which pins to short? I’d be quite careful, 200 watts is quite a lot of energy in the wrong hands
