Martha Stewart is trying to pick which prison she goes to. Is that common practice with convicted felons. This is the kind of crap that makes people think the rich can buy the legal system. (oh and FYI Martha is a huge Dem supporter, not a Republican fat cat

When I read that the 5-star resort/jail was near rail and air transport, I thought it would be much easier for Martha to escape and visit her 90 year old mother instead
