She is such a worthless piece of trash. For years I had to see her face on the TV and in mags for ideas that she did not even come up with. She had huge panels of executives that came up with all her gay little ideas for crafts and stuff and just threw her name on it.
Im so glad she got bagged. I just hope she does not pull the OJ card and get oof because she has more money than christ.
mabye this will put an end to her annoying tv shows and tv appearences…

she is only being charged with obstruction and securities fraud. They wouldnt be able to make the insider trading charge stick…unfortunatly. I want her to go to jail!
My my mid-term in securities law last semester was to be a SCJ and give an opinion of her guilt or inncence based on the fact pattern of the case and unfortunately there was not enough to convict her of that, as far as the obstruction charges and the fraud charges they amy be able to get them to stick but they will probably result in fines…****, I wish I was richa dn annoying then I could get awa y with anything!

her stock has gone down over 40%, which means a loss to her of over $350 million … and continues to plummet. K-Mart has canceled their contract with her, Sears is about to do the same…
Plus, she is now looked on as a criminal, and someone who steals other people’s ideas.
all to avoid $40k in losses on one stock…

Hey it coulda been worse… she coulda traded away American Airlines stock prior to Black Tuesday… Martha Stewart had prior knowledge… lol
