I have a princeton monitor, and it is starting to zoom in and out by itself, the brightness also changes. What the heck is going on, how can I fix it? I don’t know whats causing it. Thanks in advance.

is it under warranty?

Sounds like the control board is faulty. I had one that had manual adjustments for rgb, took it in and it was going to cost more to replace the printed circuit board than to buy a new monitor. Their all throwaways these days.
i have had it for a little less than a year and I think i recently pluged it into the wall, do you think that could be whats doing it?

Shouldn’t matter, as rev said, check your warranty first, you should have had at least 12 months.
the lack of a surge protector could be the source, but only if a surge came thru the line and messed up the control board…
but as David said, it sounds like a control board prob.
take it back…
or buy a new one…
