(Sorry, I don’t typically ask questions like this, but oh well)
My father is visiting, and one “family thing” we usually do is watch movies together.
Although we watch a variety of movies, his favorite “category” is quality movies based on true stories. Also, since he is in the medical field [whisper]paramedic and male nurse[/whisper] he has a greater appreciation for movies which touch on that field.
Some great examples of movies he likes are:
- Patch Adams
- Awakenings
- Something the lord made
- Ceder House Rules
- The King’s Speech
Does anyone know any movies with a similar mood that he might like?
