Hello everybody! As I am more of an entrepreneur than a designer, I’d surely need some advice on this logo… I will divide my post in 4 categories (the company, the idea, the design, the company type).
*** The company -*** I’m starting up a new ‘web design’ outsourcing company. My clients will mostly be other ‘web design’ companies. Respectively the logo should express the qualities of a great partner - trustworthy, reliable, creative… delivers more than asked…
*** The idea -*** … of ASK!WHY? is to encourage my clients, whether it will be direct customers or other companies, to question and challenge my work at any time. I want set a very ‘safe’ atmosphere and reason my doings…
*** The design -*** I wonder if the font I have used really conveys the qualities I have mentioned above. I wanted to keep it as simple as possible. While coloring, I used orange for the energetic, creative, friendly feel and gray to add some trustworthiness and reliability…
*** The company type -*** I wanted it to be clear form the first glance what kind of company you are dealing with - “internet solutions”. I think “web design” is an out-dated description. I will do so much more than JUST the design. Other words like interactive, media seem to be too wide terms. Any more ideas?
