**My School had new computers and…
**within a day of use they had to be sent back for repair… The were Dell computers and before that we had RM pcs (very very slow) and now we have 2 computer rooms with just LCDs, Keyboards and mice all over the place… The IT lesson I had last week was extened over 2 lessons because the laptops couldn’t boot because they had no power so it took around 25 minuets to get all the power cords and some more stuff then a few people kept moaning about the touch mouse. then a few more about the disabled wireless which is required to connect to the RM romaing user profiles. so that is no 35 minuets gone… But because all the RM pcs have been sold or thrown out we cannot use then again… sheesh… then today we got those Dell PC’s back and they were fine for us but the next group they failed “ONCE AGAIN” so i expect the I.T. Teachers are a bit annoyed of this…
I shall take my own laptop Friday… at least it will boot up and do all the basic stuff before anyone else (Photoshop… I might have a quick play around… 
)
