Im working on a site for a comedian and I am making a after effects movie for the headers and the buttons. I just made an example of it of the site but no matter how simple it is it runs badley. I set it for 30 fps in flash MX 2004 and it runs very smoothly in dreamweaver MX. Please help me =(. I also dont know If i should mabye change the bandwidth setting when importing the .avi.

it looks like its running at 14 fps though. It has that choppy feel.
it definatly doesn’t look choppy to me, slow but not choppy.
did you have a preloader btw?
It probably needs a preloader- it seems to be trying to stream the .avi so it loads a bit, shows it, waits, loads a bit, etc, so it goes all choppy. Ones I refresh and have it cached it runs fine.
Exactly what dunga said. Try refreshin the webpage. Looks good!
