The overall design looks nice and clean.
I couldnt navigate it too well because of the language barrier…
I would loose the pop-ups every link seems to open a new window. Lots of people find them annoying.

First off well done on your site. It looks good.
If nothing else, I would recommend you add some animation to your site.
At the moment it is kinda static like an HTML site.
You don’t have to Flash for the sake of Flashing but perhaps some rollovers for the buttons and/or some background effects might help add some more life to it? Just a thought?
Anyways you seem to have a good grasp of Flash so just keep doin what ya doin
the language problem is easily fixed by clicking on the “english” button in the nav
