it might be hard for some people to read because of the background, other than that it looks nice
you are definatly going to have to fade the bg image but it looks good 
Your quote kind of get’s lost in the whole thing… maybe put the section in the green as a white font…?
I cannot read the text in the banner very well - you will need to increase the white background’s opacity.
I love your new menu - very nice. Is the base going to be like a “flash news ticker” cause that would be a great idea. Also, have you played around with the idea of having your menu on the left side of the page? It’s just more natural for viewing…?
All in all - this layout is much nicer IMO and great work so far!
