I think since I’m making so many people horribly upset, I’ll respectfully bow out of this forum. Particulary I apologize to Built_By for having disturbed him in the deepest sense of the word. I made him say all of those terrible things about me. If I’m having this much of a negative impact on people when there is already so much evil in this world, then I’d better cut your losses. Goodbye.

That’s not what I meant by extensive tutoring. What I meant is that I’m taking lessons from a personal tutor. I’m recreating my web site in Flash and the links are still like that because I’m not done yet.

You have absolutely no case to sue, period. He isn’t stealing the image, just hotlinking. You are not copyright protected in that sense.

I’m going to go ahead and post this image on fark.com and digg.com.

In fact I will go out of my way to host such image, because I have simply viewed it online, and the internet is a public place, and anything that I view in public I have a right to share with others, as long as I do not claim it is mine or try and sell it for profit.
