Good Morning:
I have a Projector file that will be deployed on a CD or Jump drive. The Projector file uses the loadMovie action into an empty clip to call a very big SWF (20MB) that contains video with alpha channel. The problem is, when the CD loads, it takes up to 40 seconds before the SWF w/ video begins to play–depending on the CD reader. The jump drives are obviously quicker.
The SWF w/ video has a preloader, but it doesn’t help. Is there a way to stream or preload some of the SWF w/ video file into the Projector file? I really need to cut the load time down to a few seconds.
