Wow. Really like the look, but it took forever to load. You may want to look into bringing down the size of your loop for starters. Dig the globe and the menu, but it takes forever to load the page - to the point I wasn’t sure if your server was having trouble. Looks like your menu.swf is over 780KB. As much of a pain as it seems, you could break it into several swf’s loading them into the menu_main that way you at least have something in the space. Just put some blank movies in and load each into them in an order or something. Once it’s loaded, however, it looks great. You have a great eye for color and design. The “Competitions Nemesis” in gray is hard ot see against that BG, but that’s just nit-picking.

A few other things to consider,
You probably should center your movie in the html.
All that text at the top [Welcome to…] is quite messy. You have text over text and gray text being lost in the lighter areas of the screen.
You need to have a solid hit area for your Stop and Play and the 1 2 3 4 buttons down the side.
Make the music’s STOP and PLAY buttons easy to see. I was playing a cd on my PC at the time and your music over my music didn’t sound good
Are you stuck on the voiceovers? They sound a bit old-hat now and get annoying for the end user very quickly.
Personally I think the font may have been over used too. The thing about futuristic looking fonts is they really don’t stand the test of time too well. That doesn’t mean you have to use a boring font either.

Could you elaborate on the voice overs? Goes kind of with the Estudio look. I’m not wanting to use it but I have several clients prodding me that way for their entertainment sites.
When I said are you stuck on the voice-overs I meant, are you 100% going to keep them, not are you stuck on a problem with them. Sorry, my bad!

The menu is taking to much time to load… may be u need to work on it.
The fonts used for "copyright…etc… well, they dont match with the contents I feel. Also , for a company like yours, I dont think the font goes right too… I may be wrong, this is juz my view.
The globe animation on the bottom right looked good.
The text in grey is not visible… on the menu…
