.png help

I made some Images for my site. they are pngs and have transparent backgrounds. In firefox they look ok, but in IE the backgrounds come up white instead of transparent.

Also I made a gif image with text scrolling across and that doesn’t move in IE.

Does anyone know what is happening and how to fix it? Thanks, Matt :smirk:

you need a little JavaScript to fix the .png’s in IE

as far as i know IE doesnt support transparent pngs yet, but i have no idea if javascript can fix it

the js will work. I think the new IE will fix this, but i dunno (mac)
